One of the issues in hanging an outdoor banner is getting the top to be straight. This customer solved the problem in a unique way, and I thought I should share it!
What they did was use a post a little taller than the top of the banner, and run a piece of wire (rope would have worked too) to the center grommets in the banner. This gives the center of the banner a little lift that is often tough to do with a couple of posts in the ground. That’s because the rope needs to be pretty taut to keep the top of the banner straight, and temporary posts in the ground will not let you put that kind of force on them without tipping in.
I think this is a terrific solution to the problem, and am happy share it with everyone.
