Big Photo as Three Panels

Here’s a trick I often recommend to people who want a really large photo printed.  Do it in three panels! This lets you have a photo enlargement up to 4×8′ in size.

The reason for doing this is simple- Fedex and UPS charge big oversize fees for photo enlargements larger than 36×48″, and they won’t take anything larger than 36×72″. We also learned over the years that anything oversize has a much higher likelihood of damage.

So, whenever you want a photo printed in large size and mounted on board, think about having it done in three sections. Or, of course, we can always do a wall mural for you and that can be done at any size!
