Podium Sign
When you are doing a conference or meeting, the venue will give you a podium, but you are usually on your own for putting your logo on it. This photo shows a podium sign we made recently for a meeting of the Washington Bar Association.
We can make podium signs from really durable materials like 6mm (1/4″) Sintra, like we did on this one, or we can laminate a paper print with our crystal laminate. That gives you a podium sign that’s lighter and less expensive.
Churchill Downs Wall Mural
We just sent a large wall mural job to Churchill Downs that’s being installed for this year’s Kentucky Derby. It’s quite striking, and we are thrilled to be doing a job of this quality and prominence.
As you can see, this wall mural makes you feel like you are sitting right on the race track! It is black and white photography, printed on our suede wallpaper.
We’ve done wall murals of up to 30×80 feet in size, printed as 4 foot strips that overlap by an inch to make the full size mural.
Banner Frame
I tell people all day that printing the outdoor banner is the easy part- what’s tough is to figure out how to fixture it. Shown in this photo is a banner frame that allows you to display an outdoor banner without driving poles into the ground.
It’s a simple banner frame of aluminum tubes, held down with tent stakes. The banner is attached to the frame with bungee cords threaded through grommets in the banner.
A 94×33″ outdoor banner with a frame like this will set you back about $300 delivered to your door.
Backdrop Banners
Here’s a new product we are announcing- a self standing backdrop banner. We can make them up to 111 inches wide and 95 inches tall. They install on a simple metal frame.
We print on a smooth matte finish vinyl that gives great looking prints and won’t give you glare trouble. It has pole pockets in the top and bottom for installation on the frame.
Our most popular size of backdrop banner is 8×8′. Well, actually 7’11” high but who’s counting! That fits nicely in a trade show 10×10 space. The 111″ width gets you all the way up to 9’3″.
These are also great for events where you want people to sit in front of a set of step and repeat logos.
Locating Machines
Our customer called saying they needed a very large print of their factory floor, and smaller pieces of each machine so they could explore different layouts. The machines needed to stick to the big print.
We printed three of the floor blueprint in 56×70″ size and glossy laminated it. We then printed three sheets of white window cling, which sticks to the gloss lam print nicely.
They were able to test a number of different layouts side by side, and fuss with the possibilities. It worked great!
You might say you can do this on your CAD system, and you would be right. But to have three different layouts side by side, and in such large size, was a distinct advantage. No matter how big your CAD screen is, you can’t match an old fashioned setup like this!
Window Cling
Sometimes you have a window and you need to put a graphic in it. We print both white and clear window cling, as well as adhesive backed vinyl, that can be used to do this.
In this case, the ladies at Tasty Sheboygan made a window graphic to give their window a look that complemented the rest of the decor. As you can see, it has nice bright colors!
The nice thing about using a large window cling is that it comes off easily if you need to change it.
Kiosk Label
Sometimes you need a good size die cut label, and not a ton of them. We can do that! With our new vinyl cutter, we’ll print and cut your labels, weed out the excess, and send you a sheet of labels that are easy to peel and apply.
In this case, Vertical Software used our labels on their outdoor equipment. It’s always a good thing to let folks know where they can buy something just like this! It’s good branding too.
We have label stock with permanent or temporary adhesive, and matte or gloss vinyl. We can turn your die cut labels around in a few days.
Trade Show Displays
Here’s a set of trade show booth graphics we did recently for our customer Triplett Test Equipment. It’s a great example of using large format printing effectively.
Their product is hand held test equipment, and they are too small for a customer cruising the trade show to see very well. So, they print a big picture of each meter, with a few words about what it does, and then put actual product on a shelf below the trade show graphic. The customer can then get a product demo on the spot.
I always tell people that the job of the trade show graphic is to create enough customer interest to bring them across the threshold of the booth. After that you do your sales job.
Indoor Banner
We print a lot of banners for events. This one is for a fishing derby to be held in a couple of weeks.

Restaurant Wallpaper
Here’s a custom restaurant wallpaper mural made for the Pho Lucky Restaurant in Detroit that sets the mood! Even if you are the only person in the place, it feels like you are sitting with a bunch of friends in a sidewalk cafe.
