This photo shows custom printed wallpaper installed in one of our customer’s locations. It’s a very artistic use of wallpaper! In this case, the image is a grayscale of clouds installed around a staircase, giving the impression of being outdoors when you are indoors. The grayscale gives you the feeling of being outdoors whether it’s day or night. What a great design for this space!

This job was done for Roche Bubois, a Parisian design studio that does high end design work on both sides of the Atlantic. We are pleased to be considered as one of their vendors, and think it speaks highly of the quality of work that we produce!

Wallpaper as a Photo Backdrop

We get all kinds around here!  This one caused us to smile.

Our customer runs a fishing charter service in Florida, and didn’t have an easy way to take a picture with his customer, their fish, and his boat in the background.
The answer?  Take a picture of the boat, print digital wallpaper  from it, and hoist the fish in front of that!  This pretty lady with her shark looks like she’s standing in front of the boat, and nobody falls overboard looking at the fish instead of where they’re going.  We think it’s pretty creative!
We’ve also done wallpaper as a movie set backdrop and for a TV studio set.  Our suede wallpaper works really well in these applications because the textured surface doesn’t give you reflections with flash pictures.

Pop-Up Booth Panels

This booth is a smaller version of an 8×10′ pop-up booth. It’s 5 feet high, and designed to fit on an 8 foot table. Our customer needed replacement graphics for it.

No problem! We did this just like we do full size pop-up booth panels. We print on paper, apply our crystal laminate, and fabricate new stiffeners for the top and bottom of each panel. Magnet on each side of the panels finish it off.
We like it when the customer sends us the entire booth. We are able to put our new graphics into it and be sure everything fits properly. And, as you can see, we get a great looking result!

A hundred years ago, on March 1, 1911, Congress passed the Weeks Act, which created the National Forests. To help commemorate this event, Plymouth State created a display that explains why it was done, and how John W. Weeks managed to get it passed in Congress. We printed these posters, which are travelling around the state as part of the celebration. They will reside permanently at the US Forest Service visitor’s center in Campton. We printed the banners hanging there, and are pleased that some more of our work will soon be shown there.

A hundred years ago, the North Country of New Hampshire was literally being logged to death. Today, it is a vibrant working forest, and a recreational jewel. There are over 1100 miles of hiking trails, a dozen large ski areas, and campgrounds galore. It also supports a sizeable timber and paper industry. That was the design of the national forests- to allow managed forestry and recreation to exist side by side.

It works. We think we are pretty lucky to live here!

OK, there’s two feet of snow on the ground here in NH, but it’s almost 50 outside, and the early thaw is making me think about golf. And of course, the golf sponsor signs that we make for tournaments.

We print them on our flatbed machine, directly on coroplast (plastic cardboard). They are waterproof, and will last for many years. So usually our customers buy a load of them the first year, and then only need to buy the ones that are new in subsequent years.
They are affordable too! Only $12 a sign. And I must say that I have heard many people say how attractive the signs are.
Another nice thing is that our golf sponsor signs are smaller- 10×17″. They look great, but they are not obtrusive. People like that!  We can also do larger pieces for your tournament, like vinyl banners and easel signs.

Around every hockey rink there’s an advertising opportunity- the dasher boards. Local businesses find it to be a pretty powerful way to advertise, and if the games are televised, even more so.

We’ve been making dasher boards with our new UV curable printer, and the results are excellent. We use a polypropylene film that sits behind the clear lexan dasher board. The film, and the printing on it, are waterproof and durable.
What’s great about our process is that we can go from artwork to panels in your hands in just a day or two. We can also help with the design of the artwork, which is a big plus when you are dealing with small companies that don’t have the ability to design the boards themselves. Our graphic designers can take a logo and put the right words with it to give you something very attractive.

Photo Enlargement

Back when I was taking pictures for the college newspaper, we would put our enlarger on a table, and turn it around so it put the image on a piece of paper taped to the floor, and then process the paper in a bathtub sized tray of chemicals. Boy, have things changed!

Today, we can digitally print a high quality photo up to 5 feet wide and very long length. At the right is one of several pictures we enlarged for a new courthouse.
Enlarging your photo digitally is fast and easy, and without a doubt less messy. Usually we take a good size (over 5 megapixel) image and output it directly. We can also scan an older photograph if need be. Our graphic designers can also clean up your image, removing stains and scratches using Photoshop.
Photos are usually printed with UV stable inks so they will not fade over time. We can dry mount the print on foamcore or gatorboard, or your framer can do that. When things get to larger than 36×48″, shipping photos mounted on board gets difficult, and we find it better to ship them rolled up.

It’s quite a thing when a group of people get together to oppose something. Right now in our part of the world, people are mobilizing against the construction of a high power line through the White Mountain National Forest. We’ve printed a fair number of displays and signs for public meetings opposing the project.

Some of what we have printed are large posters showing where the proposed lines will go. Right through my favorite golf course, by the way!

We also printed some coroplast signs like the one shown in the picture, announcing a public hearing and asking people to attend. The snow didn’t stop them, either!

Retractable banner stands are a great addition to the marketing mix for any resort, and we make a lot of them for the hospitality industry here in New Hampshire.

Not only do they give you the ability to pull up a great looking piece of artwork, but you have the flexibility of moving it around and changing out the banner when you want to say something new.  A lot of people get a little antsy about putting nails in the wall too, and the ability of a retractable banner stand to stand up on its own without hooks and nails is a big plus.
We offer a premium banner stand that is rugged makes it easy to replace the artwork. Our economy stand will work fine in less demanding conditions. Either one will look great for a long time. We print on a mylar film that will not curl over time, and we use UV inks so it won’t fade in the sun.
If you have an existing banner stand from almost any manufacturer, we have the ability to print a replacement banner for it, and we’ll gladly install it into the banner stand for you. Most of them work in the same way!
